Great product and seller helpful with installation instructions support

Fitted and works fine. A bit disappointing that it can only show android animation on boot rather than audi. I contacted the store about this and was told that it cannot be updated to show audi animation instead when other users have reported on forums that they managed to update the animation. The android itself is limited in functionality comparable with old tablet. The installation instructions are minimal and no mention that the bracket that attaches to the screen has to be replaced in order for the screen to retract completely. When installing the wire harness at least in my case there was a single white wire with plugs at the ends that was disconnected and had to be connected otherwise the mmi won’t boot up. I got the snapdragon 665 version 8gb 128gb and works pretty smooth but again it feels like old tablet. The music player is very limited - no playlists, folders or anything else just play-pause. The unit doesn’t show volume control as on the original screen.

Really pleased with the stereo. Works brilliantly and has loads of extra features as well as being able to switch back to the oem menus and options. Only slight criticism would be the installation instructions could be a bit clearer when it comes to which wire/cable connects to what but received great advice from the Aerisauto team. Would recommend to anyone that is looking to for an upgrade.
